REFUND POLICY
Please read the Refund Policy carefully. We reserve the right to make changes to the Refund Policy at any time without notice.


DIGITAL PRODUCTS
All payments are in USD and are non refundable with the exception of valid 14-day Guarantee requests, as per below.
All digital products refund requests must be made within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date.
Refunds will not be granted outside this window from the date of initial purchase, for any reason.

Refunds may take up to 2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

NON-DIGITAL PRODUCTS
All non-digital product returns must be timestamped or postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
Shipping costs will not be refunded.

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your item to process your return.

COACHING AND CONSULTING SERVICES
There are no refunds on Coaching and Consulting services for any reason.
